Whether you’re trying to sell your book to readers, agents, or publishers, a perfect pitch is a necessity. Author Sarah Nicolas will teach you how to craft both an attention-grabbing elevator pitch and a compelling written book blurb.
Ms. Nichols has worked in the publishing industry as an editorial intern, editorial assistant, publicist, publicity director, cover artist, and art director. She is the current Board Treasurer and Agent Liaison for Pitch Wars and the host of PubTalk Live. Sarah also contributes for Book Riot. As an author, Sarah is represented by Rebecca Podos of Rees Literary Agency.
A recovering mechanical engineer and library event planner, Sarah lives in Orlando with a 60-lb mutt who thinks he’s a chihuahua and a gray fluffy cat who thinks she’s a dog. Ms. Nichols writes YA novels as Sarah Nicolas and romance under the name Aria Kane. Her books have been published both traditionally and independently.
