Join us as Jennifer M. Eaton talks about common writing and developmental mistakes she sees not only from first time authors, but also from authors striving to bring their writing to the next level.
Jennifer is the author of seven traditionally published novels as well as six novels published under her own imprint. In 2020, one of her books was honored as the finalist for the nationwide Romance Writers of America Reader’s Choice Award, adding to her 2014 runner-up status for the TRR Reader’s Choice award. (Which means she’s great at coming in second, but that’s okay.)
Earlier in her career she assisted with acquisitions for an independent romance publisher, and she’s also been a guest judge for the acclaimed Philadelphia Writer’s Conference Fiction Writing Contest.
Currently, she is the developmental creative consultant for a publishing house, working on Black Ops Romance, and is also the Ingram Spark and Amazon KDP technical consultant for an assisted publishing company, not to mention working as a freelance developmental editor.
